“The goal of the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to the high quantity of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“That is due to the lack of infrastructure at Fernie SRD and there is no completely functional office devoted to service the area daily. The service point established for intervention ordeals a substantial inflow of likely beneficiaries, which makes it challenging with the Workplace to attend to all people who visit a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise more methods to empower the servicing of all clients and boost use of Social Assistance products and services,” the agency said.
